Students participating in Broadway Jr: Dr. Dolittle Jr. will train in dance, voice, and acting. The 3 week course will culminate in a fully staged production at the Miller Center for the Arts, under the direction of Debbi Silas with Joel Gori, Kristina Dennis, and other theater professionals. The classic tale of kindness to animals trots, crawls, and flies onto the stage in Dr. Doolittle Jr. All of the characters we've come to love through the stories of Hugh Lofting and the magical movie musical are given new life in the stage version.

The course runs from July 10 - 28th, Mon – Fri. 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 
Performances at the Miller Center for the Arts are on July 28 at 7:00 PM & July 29 at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
(*must be going into 2nd grade and a secure reader)

This is a hands-on course for those who’d like an introduction to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and basic graphic design. We will explore several free online tools, as well as Photoshop and the Adobe Suite including Prezi, Aurasma, and Padlet. The Institute does not provide computer access, please bring your own device. WiFi is available. Photoshop and Illustrator offer 30 day free trials, please sign up on your device prior to the course start date.
